Colgate tooth-paste contains poisonous substance

Colgate tooth-paste was withdrawn from shops in four US states.
The consignment of the paste has been imported from South African Republic. Experts revealed harmful substances in its structure - including ethylene glycol.
This substance is used as solvent or a component of antifreezes. And it is unknown how it may have got in a tooth-paste. Experts have found out, that the paste sold everywhere in cheap shops the USA, has been delivered in the country from Southern Africa.
The company - manufacturer hastened to deny all charges in “desire to poison Americans”. Representatives of the company have given documents according to which Colgate tooth-paste has never been imported in the USA from Southern Africa. Besides experts have found out, that inscriptions on packing of a poisonous tooth-paste were made with mistakes. That is this product is a fake.
Colgate-Palmolive declares that has never used this substance for manufacture of the products.
